Dear State Committee Member,

I have served the Chairman of the El Paso County Republican party since 2021. It has been my experience that the Chairman exhibits true concern about the need to follow Robert Rules of Order, as prescribed by the bylaws, during the meetings in which I served.

On those occasions where controversy ensued, and she was unsure of the proper course according to Roberts Rules of Order, she would consult with me and follow my guidance.

The rules are important to Chairman Tonkins; I have found her to express the sentiment in all my professional interactions with the Chairman.
